ALUMINUM PUTTY
Aluminum-filled epoxy putty for dependable no rusting to repairs to aluminum castings, machinery, and equipment widely used in HVAC applications.
Intended use : Patch aluminum castings, make jigs, dies and holding fixtures.
Limitation : No recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.


CERAMIC PUTTY
A ceramic – filled epoxy putty with a smooth, low-friction finish. Rebuilds and protects interfacing metal surfaces. Protects metal from bi metallic corrosion. Repairs metal and concrete.
Intended use : For repairing flange faces, machine ways, valve seats and bodies and tracing guides
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.
EXPRESS TITANIUM PUTTY
A steel-filled, fast setting epoxy putty for filling, rebuilding and bonding metal surfaces. Bonds to aluminum concrete and many other materials. Resistant to chemicals and most acids, bases, solvents and alkalis. Applies easily in vertical surfaces. Machinable to metallic finish.
Intended use : Restores worn or fatigued metals, patches castings, make jigs and fixtures, rebuilds pump and valve bodies, restores bearing journals and races.
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.


CERAMIC BEAD
A high performance compound which contain fine high alumina ceramic beads, for maximum wear and abrasion resistance in areas conveying fine particles
Recommended use : To protect, repair & rebuild exhaust, pulverizer, ash system, cyclones, vibrating tables, dust collectors, screens, fans and housing chutes, screw conveyors, pumps, pneumatic conveying systems and other equipment. Repair ceramic tile lined equipment, - use to further edge ceramic tiles or to fill in irregular shaped surfaces.
FLEX PUTTY
Trowel able urethane for repairing and lining process equipment exposed to wear, impact abrasion, vibration, and expansion/contraction
Intended use : Repair and rebuilds conveyer belts. Line process equipment to dampen noise. Line concrete control joints. Cast flexible molds, fixtures and parts. Post encapsulate.


HT-ALUMINUM PUTTY
High-density, alumina-filled epoxy system for maximum wear and abrasion resistance in high-temperature. Provides up to 30% better abrasion resistance than conventional wear compounds. Unmatched resistance to acids, bases, saes and solvents. Service temperature up to 450 Deg. F. Excellent adhesion to metal, ceramic and concreate.
Intended Use : Repair scrubbers, ash handling system, pipe elbows, screens, and chutes, recontour chippers, bins, hoppers, bunkers, separators, diester tables, housing fans, protect exhausters, chutes, crushers, breakers.
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.
SUPER TITANIUM PUTTY
High performance alloy reinforced epoxy putty, engineered to make precision repairs to critical stress bearing equipment. Used to protect new or repaired surfaces from cavitation, erosion and corrosion.
Recommended application : Repairing worn pumps scored shafts and hydraulic rams. Rebuilding wear rings, pump impellers, butterfly and gate valves and tube sheets. Protecting wear plates, preventing cavitation to condenser water boxes.


HIGH PERFORMANCE BACKING COMPOUND
High-strength liquid epoxy with the necessary resiliency and strength to withstand forces generated by crushers and mills. 100% solids, no solvent. High compression and impact strength. Easy to pour and use. Low exothermic reaction.
Intended use : Rod, ball, pebble and autogenously mills, cone and gyratory crushers.
METAL ASSEMBLY PASTE
Metal assembly paste is a high temperature (max 450 Deg. C) assembly paste prevents metal – metal contact, seizing, galling and fretting corrosion. Reduces friction and wear is resistant to high loads due to it’s high solid content.
Recommended application : Anti rust paste for slow moving, anti seize. High temperature and corrosives areas used in bolts, nuts pins, pivot joints, studs.


STAINLESS STEEL PUTTY
A stainless steel filled epoxy for rebuilding and repairing steel equipment. Bonds to aluminium, concrete and many other metals. Resistant to chemicals and most acids, bases, solvents and alkalis. Applies easily to vertical surfaces and machinable to metallic finish.
Intended use : Repairs cracks, dents & breaks in stainless steel machinery or castings, rebuilds dairy equipment, repairs stainless steel holding tanks.
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.
STEEL PUTTY
A stainless steel filled epoxy that cures at room temperature and is designed for filling, rebuilding and bonding metal surface. Low viscosity, self levelling liquid. Castable, low shrinking and machinable to metallic finish.
Intended use : Patching & repairing areas where wielding and brazing would be undesirable or impossible.
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.


STEEL LIQUID
A steel-filled, liquid epoxy designed for maintaining and/or repairing tooling, mold-looking and levelling equipment. Low viscosity, self levelling liquid. Castable, low shrinking and machinable to metallic finish.
Intended use : Holding fixtures for intricate parts, filling and leaving equipment, repairing hard-to-reach areas where a flow able epoxy is needed, duplicating or tracing masters, short run dies and molds.
Limitation : Not recommended for long term exposure to concentrated acids or organic solvents.

UNDERWATER PUTTY
A unique, non-rusting, high exothermic epoxy for repairing, patching and rebuilding equipment in chronically wet environments – even under water
Recommended application : Repairing and fitting pipes, valve, pumps, tanks and other equipment in marine environment, offshore drilling, water treatment plants, and paper and pulp mills. Repairing concrete pipes and vessel in wet environment.
SB RESIN & ACTIVATOR
A free flowing resin with activator that impregnates glass/cloth/tape/ mat & bonds tenaciously to practically any surface to produce a tight seal which will not dissolve in water oil and will resist high temperature
Intended use : impregnates glass/cloth/tape/mat


Steel / Underwater Stick is a 2 part epoxy putty stick which repairs leaks, holes, cracks in metal, fiberglass, concrete and ceramic. Fast curing, bonds to wet surfaces. Can be machined, drilled or tapped using conventional metalworking tools.
Intended use : Repairs cracks and breaks in tanks and drums. Plumping and pipe repair, machinery and equipment.
