Made from all polymer, (no fiberglass) comprising clear ECTFE outer and multi-layered PTFE inner mesh and stitching. SUREBAND CLEAR is UV resistant & is most suitable for tropical marine, salt laden environment.
Provides unparalleled chemical resistance. Simple and quick fit connection. Once installed, the multi-layered internal mesh hold tight against the flange. This forms the basis of our Pressure Diffusion Technology (PDT). Resulting in self-draining, an incredibly effective way of preventing side / lateral spray-outs & mist formation.
In the event of leak, it can be re-used thus providing a long term solution with an expected shelf life is 10 years. It’s multi size functionality (for sized below 6 inches) improves flexibility & eliminate fitting errors. It eliminates the risk of corrosion under shield as the it does not contain water / vapor, unlike the bag type.
SUREBAND CLEAR has an Electrostatic Charge certificate from Bureau Veritas. It is anti-static with high electric conductivity to dissipate electrostatic charge. It the event of leak, SUREBAND CLEAR can be re-fitted as it is very easy to remove & reinstall.
