



Flexible Thermal Insulation
HEATGUARD is a range of removable flexible, thermal insulation jackets used for a variety of pipe fittings such as valves, flanges, actuators, exhaust systems etc – many of which are typically left exposed due to their non-standard shape. Size and design is established through identification of customer requirements, via dimensional drawings, site survey or P&ID schedule. The HEATGUARD is designed to prevent heat & energy loss and to avoid personal injury from exposure to hot surfaces.
Our jackets offer low whole-life-costs, being designed to be easily removed (for maintenance) and re-fitted, utilizing quick release fasteners and pull-cords.
Using the finest modern materials, complying with Health & Safety Executive standards, the HEATGUARD can be fabricated to exactly fit a whole range of fittings, vessels and junction boxes.

- Inner, Glass fabric : Velcro & Pull-Cords
Temperature Range
-60 Deg. C to a maximum continuous temperature of 220 degrees, intermittent at max of 250 Deg. C
